What is Integrative Therapy?

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, and frankly with all of the different types out there, choosing the right modality of therapy for YOU can be more than a little confusing.

I combine my experience as a level 7 BACP registered Integrative psychotherapist with my training in somatic practice so that we can update the stories your mind and body are holding, meaning you no longer have to play out outdated stories that are keeping you stuck.
