I understand investing in yourself is a significant commitment. Here's a taster of what others have said about their experience working with me

"I started working with Chantal because I was looking for support in one area of my life, and through working with her, I started to understand that what I’d come with was just an indicator of something much deeper I’d not really been aware of. "

"The biggest thing for me is that I felt I could be myself with Chantal, she has such an accepting way of being, and I liked how she tailored the sessions to what worked for me in terms of expressing myself. "

"Chantal helped me immensely through a challenging period when I was overwhelmed and very stressed. She gave me an outlet to express how I was feeling and to help me find a way to recognise and accept my feelings so that they don’t compound."

"I am at a point where I am a lot calmer, less defensive, more open, and more able to recognise my feelings and trust that by processing my emotions as opposed to ignoring them and trying to carry on, I will have better outcomes. I found Chantal very knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in supporting me to understand what was happening, and to embrace feelings to find a way through them."

"Chantal has a kindness and warmth about her which made me feel completely seen and heard, she has a calmness which makes me feel I can trust the process."
