Working together

The first therapy session is an opportunity to know more about you. It may be that you have things you want to share with me straight away, and at the same time it might seem daunting to begin talking, I understand this.

We will take things at your pace, and can adapt approaches to meet your needs and circumstances as the process unfolds for you.

During sessions, I may invite you to try some somatic practices alongside talk therapy, which many clients find helpful as part of the therapy experience, and have then made part of their lifestyle outside of therapy as a way to enrich their well-being.

My ultimate goal is supporting you to navigate life with confidence and create the positive change you are looking for.
