Working together

The first therapy session is an opportunity to know more about where you're currently at, and from there we can explore how to move towards the intentions you hold for yourself and your life. It is always a collaboration.

It may be that you have things you want to share with me straight away, and at the same time it might seem daunting to begin talking, I understand this. As always we take things at your pace and explore what is going to best support you.

Whilst traditional psychotherapy is often associated with 'sitting and talking', I do things a bit differently by blending psychotherapy with somatic practice, inviting you to try a range of holistic approaches to work with and discover what feels right for you.

My ultimate goal is to support you in being free to make choices that nourish you, alongside giving you lifelong tools for wellness.
