Is Self-care selfish?
No. Self-care is an act of love to Self and towards others. When we are in a state of feeling resourced, we get the opportunity to show up in the world from a place of harmony and open the door for others to do the same.
What does Self-care look like?
It looks different for everybody. We all need different types and amounts of Self-care to keep us filled up and fuelled for our potential. Get curious about what keeps you in balance!
